Barron joined our team in 2012 and loves building personal relationships with every customer. His favorite part of working in our office is that he gets to work with his brother, Ted, every day. When he's not in the office, you'll find him weight lifting or participating in adult sports leagues. In his spare time, he's a big fan of water sports and boating.

Lisa is the leader of the customer service team and started working in insurance in 2014. She was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, and her favorite thing about working for our agency is serving as an Allstate agent for the Venice community. When she's not in the office, you'll find her practicing yoga, biking, making jewelry or spending time with her son.

Jacob Kephart is a Florida native who proudly represents our customer support team with a strong commitment to helping customers and seeing their questions are handled quickly and clearly. Born and raised in Florida, Jacob brings a friendly, local perspective and enjoys connecting with customers in the community he has always called home. Outside the office, Jacob has a lifelong passion for sports. He has been a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers fan for more than 22 years and proudly supports the team through every season. Jacob is also an accomplished volleyball player who played as a setter and earned several scholarship and semi-professional opportunities thanks to his talent and leadership on the court. When working with customers, Jacob brings that same teamwork, focus, and dedication seeing every customer receives the support and attention they deserve.

Joseph Mann is a father of five who brings a practical, family-focused perspective to the work he does every day. Originally from the Northeast, Joseph developed a strong work ethic early in life and carries that mindset into everything he pursues today. Now based in Florida, Joseph is passionate about helping people navigate important life and financial decisions with clarity and confidence. Known for his straightforward and solutions-oriented approach, he focuses on breaking down complex topics into conversations that are easy to understand and practical in the real world.
